Louis XV fonda l'école militaire pour former aux métiers des armes 500 cents gentilshommes pauvres. Le financement venant en partie des taxes perçues sur les jeux de cartes...comme quoi les gouvernants d'hier avaient déjà des idées en matière d'impôt !
The military school has been founded by Louis XV to train 500 poor gentlemen to become a soldier. The financing came with the tax collected from playing cards game...it's a proof that government at this time knew already where the money was.
