Pays-Bas...Netherlands

Le coin des expatriés ici s'appelle "Holland village" et n'a rien à voir avec les Pays-Bas. Juste un hommage à M. Hugh Holland , architecte et acteur amateur, qui en 1907 fut un des premiers expatriés. Une rue porte son nom.

The area for expatriates is named "Holland Village" 

without any link with the Netherlands. 

Just in memory of M. Hugh Holland, architect and amateur actor, who was in 1907 the earliest expatriate. A street gets also his name.
