Il était une fois....L'histoire de Singapour commence ici avec cet homme Sir Stamford Raffles. Son voeu " mettre au point un système de gouvernement permettant la plus grande liberté possible au commerce, des droits égaux pour tous, la protection de la propriété et des personnes, tout en faisant de Singapour, une cité belle et ordonnée, le centre intellectuel et éducatif du Sud-Est Asiatique".

Once upon a time...The story of Singapore begins here with this man, Sir Stamford Raffles. His wish "to developp a system of government allowing a huge liberty of the trade, equals rights for all, the welfare of the people and property, but also to make Singapore a beautiful and tidy city, the intellectual and educationnal center of the South East Asia".
